  11. Option 1 – Identify Potential Opportunity • Forward automated email enquiry • Host firm indicates interest • Complete and forward secondment application form • Secondment agreed

  12. Option 2 – Speculative Enquiry • Complete automated speculative application email • Host firms accepts/rejects • If accepts, application form completed • Secondment agreed
