Legals Update • Memorandum of Agreement being drafted • Distributed early w/c 11th October • Must be signed by all boroughs before contract award (22/10/10) • Mini competition within ESPO Contract 774 E-Solutions • 7 suppliers • Mini competition ITT date: 11th October • Return date: 29th October • Award will be subject to WCC formal Gate process and Alcatel • Award date: 19th November

  3. Functional Specification • Defines additional functionality required beyond ESPO spec, but in line with H of P’s previous signed off requirements • High level spec to be circulated for review – report back by exception (by 8th October) • Full draft specification available upon request
