**NC Residency Determination** • Students should use their CFNC log on info • Any undergraduate student applying for admission to a state supported college or university and claiming residency must use RDS for residency determination (for instate tuition). • Students applying to, or enrolled at, a NC Independent College or University who want a NC state grant must use RDS for residency determination. • When completed will receive your “RCN” (Residency Certification Number) which will need to be entered to complete a college application • Code is good for 15 months https://ncresidency.cfnc.org/residencyInfo/
