We are committed to protecting all employee rights and benefits throughout and following the competition
The MOF has an A-76 page, which will be used for updates . You have to login to the portal and use the Bases-Orgs- Functional Areas menu to go to Goodfellow, then 17 MSS, then Manpower & Organization, then A-76 What You Need to Know? This is not going to happen over night. The process will take time.
We can’t predict an outcome, or make any promises, but everyone of us working this issue, from the Chief of Engineers to me, is totally committed to the integrity of this process.
The only decision we have made is to compete these positions. No one has decided, or knows, how this will come out. No SINGLE individual can influence the outcome.
There is no reason why the Corps of Engineers organization can not win this competition. I KNOW what you can do!This is not going to happen over night. The process will take time.
