Staph Infection (Background) • A staph infection is caused by the (Staphylococcus) staph bacteria. • 25% of people normally carry staph in the nose, mouth, genitals, or anal area • The foot is also prone to picking up bacteria from the floor.
Our Plan For $1 Billion Over 5 Years • we will invest in a bleach solution as a body wash which is strong enough to kill the staph infection. This solution will contain water, vinegar, and bleach. • we will require all hospitals to take special procedures when dealing with a case of staph or MRSA.
How We Will Achieve Our Plan • we will use the money to develop the bleach solution to use as a body wash which will help kill the staph infection. We will make this solution required when you have staph. • We will develop special procedures that will be used in all hospitals when a staph infection case or a MRSA case comes in.
Evidence • In the past staph infection was passed by mostly in hospitals or any environment where a chronic illness is near. • A growing number of otherwise healthy people are developing life-threatening staph infections.
Evidence • High risk areas for staph infection is in any physical activity with involves physical contact. • Donna DeAngelo said “After 3 days on the antibiotics, my boil started to look like a golf ball was struggling to burst It was painful to touch and I didn't want to go out in public, because it just looked horrible.” so the antibiotics made the boils worse and made the pain worse.

Closing Arguments • Staph also know as MRSA is highly contagious and spreads easily. • These bacteria can live harmlessly on many skin surfaces, especially around the nose, mouth, genitals, and anus. But when the skin is punctured or broken for any reason, staph bacteria can enter the wound and cause an infection.
Summary • A staph infection is caused by (Staphylococcus) staph bacteria. • High risk areas for staph infection is in any physical activity
