  15. Saturation Postcards Why implement a Saturation Mail Program for Solo Postcards? USPS promotion of EDDM, but EDDM not ideal for Home Improvement. Postage rates are NOT lower with EDDM! Saturation mail is a great complement to your card deck program, and allows for selecting only single family dwelling units with higher home values, not every address. Saturation mail makes it easy to provide a radius mailing around home improvement work or a retail business location. Easily target desirable neighborhoods.
