Padatabelditunjukkangangguanpertamaterjadipadapukul 9:53 padapagihari, sebanyak 10 pelanggantergangguselama 90 menit (1,5 jam). Olehkarenaitu costumer hours adalah 10 x 1,5 = 15 jam.
