Write referral to the office 1st Offense:Student/Teacher Conference (Warning) Administrator Restates Behavior Expectation with Student 2nd Offense: Teacher determined consequence (i.e. lunch or after-school detention, seat change, loss of privilege) + Administrator Issues Appropriate Consequence + 3rd Offense: Teacher determined consequence+ Parent Contact Administrator Contacts Parents + Administrator Provides Teacher Feedback 4th Offense: Office Referral Per Marking Period
