  7. Background History of Thomas Edison • Born February 11, 1847 • Given the title “Wizard of Menlo Park.” • The fourth most active inventor in history. And the 1st most active in America. (1093 patents)

  9. Background History of Henry Ford • Born July 30, 1863 • Given the title, “Father of the American Assembly Line” • He is known for his mass production techniques regarding automobiles.
