  3. Ole Kirk Christiansen • In 1932 Ole Kirk Christiansen invented the Lego. This invention is for fun purposes, like building interesting creations.

  4. Richard G. Drew In 1923 Richard G. Drew invented tape. This Invention is very useful today because it holds things together so it won’t come apart as easily.

  5. Wilbur and Orville Wright On December 17, 1903 Wilbur and Orville Wright invented the airplane. This invention is very useful because it helps people get to places faster.

  6. Alexander Graham Bell • In 1876 Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone! This helps people talk to each other from different areas.

  7. Leonardo da Vinci • Leonardo da Vinci invented the parachute. 1912 was the first time somebody successfully landed on the ground with a parachute. This invention helps people get from the air to the ground faster.
