DATES & TIMES PARENT HELP NEEDED • June 26th – noon to done • Some decorating details and chair set-up.
DATES & TIMES Rehearsal June 27th – 1 pm – 2:30 pm Students must be at the rehearsal to participate in graduation festivities.
MASS & ACADEMIC AWARDS June 27th – 7:30 pm with refreshments to follow Students must be at the Sports & Wellness Center at 6:30 pm Students must participate in Mass to be part of Commencement. Tickets are NOT needed for Mass or Awards Ceremony
COMMENCEMENT June 28th – 1:00 pm with refreshments to follow Students must be at the Sports & Wellness Center at 12:30 noon Students will receive 6 tickets for Commencement
EVENING: Promenade & Prom There has been a change in the events for the evening of graduation. The timeline for the evening events will be as follows: June 28th – 8:00 pm promenade with dance/prom to follow Students must be at the Sports & Wellness Center at 7:30 pm
Parking There should be clearly marked parking areas and we should not need to pay for parking for the days of the events.
Tickets Tickets Tickets are not required for attending Mass. Graduating students that are participating in graduation events will receive: 6 tickets for Commencement 3 tickets for Promenade floor seats. Balcony & railing areas do not require tickets.
Tickets • All fees must be paid before graduating students can receive their tickets. • This includes: • Grad fees • Missing textbook fees or replacement costs
Tickets Tickets must be picked up on June 24th when students pick up their gowns Tickets and gowns are to be picked up in the library from Mrs. Biggeman
Tickets - IMPORTANT Students that are not participating in graduation event do not receive tickets for the event. The school does not keep extra tickets or a waiting list for those who need extra tickets.
Grad Historians Require baby photos of graduating student. Digital copies may be emailed to tamarra.price@fmcsd.ab.ca Please be sure to identify your child’s full name in the email.
Parent Volunteers Needed for: Venue Set-up & Decor Prom Chaperone – we need 30 parents to sign up to chaperone for the Prom. Parents must sign up by June 12. Email to confirm your commitment: tamarra.price@fmcsd.ab.ca
