  2. GSDM Graduation Ceremony Friday, May 17th, 2013 • Place: Walter Brown Arena 285 Babcock Street • Time: 2:00 pm Line up for procession 3:00pm Procession and ceremony Please leave all valuables (ie. cameras, purses, etc.) with guests.

  3. GSDM ReceptionFriday, May 17th, 2013 • Place: Walter Brown Arena 285 Babcock Street, Boston, MA Case Gym • Time: 5:30 to 7:00 pm All graduates and their families are invited to attend

  4. Commencement Tickets • There are no tickets needed for the ceremony or reception. • You must inform Lindsay McHugh as to how many guests you plan to bring. • You may pick up Commencement Invitations at the end of this meeting to mail to family and friends. A-M in auditorium and N-Z in lobby.

  5.   6. Senior Awards BrunchSaturday, May 18th, 2013 • Place: Fuller Building 808 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA • Time: 10:00 a.m. • Brunch will be served from 10 – 11:30 a.m. • The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. • Proper dress required • You must register online for you and your guests: bu.edu/dental/register • 4 tickets allotted to each graduate

  7. Sunday, May 19th, 2013 • All University Commencement takes place at Nickerson Field at 1:00 pm • Line up begins at 12:15 pm • Additional information regarding the Nickerson Field ceremony can be found at: www.bu.edu/commencement/2011/

  8. Ordering your Cap and Gown • Rental orders for academic dress must be placed online by March 15, 2013: http://colleges.herffjones.com/college/bu/ • The complete doctoral package if ordered online by March 15 is $85.  • For those who place their orders in the bookstorestarting on April 28, the rental price will be $95.

Picking up your Cap and Gown • Orders can be picked up at the Barnes and Noble Bookstore beginning on April 28. • Barnes & Noble @ Boston University Bookstore660 Beacon Street (Charles River Campus)Boston,  MA 02215-2066617-267-8484 • All rentals must be returned prior to May 23 to avoid late charges, and transcripts will be withheld from any student failing to return rental items. 

  11. Graduation Photos • All graduates will get their photo taken as they cross the stage.   12. Senior Weekend • May 10th – 12th • Events include a class BBQ at the BU Pub • The Office of Student Affairs will be sending out more information soon
