  18. WIA Individualized Training Accounts Funding for training is based on individual need and availability of funds. Training must be short term, lead to an in demand occupation and be approved priorto enrollment. Individualized Training Accounts are similar to scholarships. An ITA can offer up to $4000 in funding for a private institution, and up to $6000 in funding for a public institution
