  2. Today, we’re going to do our Revision. • Next month, we’ll take our Final Test for this term. • So, let’s talk about the Revisionand the Test now. • (7 items as the following here)*

  3. I.What we’ve studied this term: • College English 2, the blue book, Unit 1, 2, 3 and 4. • Now open your textbook, please. • For each Unit here, we covered: • 1. Listen and imitate • 2. Culture awareness, 2 parts • 3. Intensive Study, the text • 4. Doing the exercises • 5. The Writing • 6. The Grammar

  4. II.What we’ve arranged for homework and practice: • Homework ( 自动提交 ) • Practice （配套练习）： The Quiz 1 , from p.87 to p.94.

  5. III.What should we do now? • 1. Review all the things we’ve learned. Review your textbook, the “on-line class”, and my lessons here. • 2. Pay more attention to the Text and Exercises of each Unit we’ve studied. • 3. Pick the language points and the grammar points, and memorize them.

  6. IV.What’s in our Test Paper? • 80% of the Test is in our Textbook: • 20% of the Test is Unseen but not difficult.

  7. V.The items in the test paper and the points: I. For each of the following blanks, four choices are given. Choose the most appropriate one.20 x 1 = 20 % II.Reading Comprehension 3 passages, 5 items for each. 15x 2 = 30 %

  8. III. Fill in the blanks with the words given below. Change the form where necessary. 10 x 1 = 10 % IV. Translation ( C – E ) 5 x 6= 30 % V. Writing10 % The whole paper is 100 points. *

  9. VI.How to do the revision purposely now? • 1. For Part I,you should go over all the blank-filling Ex. for our Grammar in each unit. 2. For Part II, you must know how to do the comprehension, such as in Ex.XIineach Uint. And we'vearranged twounseenpassages in each paper .

  10. 3. For Part III , you should go over the “blank-filling exercises”, such as Ex.III, Ex.VI, in each unit. • 4. For Part IV, (C- Etranslation) You should go over all the Ex.VIII, ineach Unit, because all the sentences for you to translate are here. • 5. For Part V, the Writing Please go over the writing Ex for Unit 1, 2, 3 and 4

  11. VII.How to do the test? • 1. All the answers should be written on theAnswer Sheet.新版答题卷 The right place is most important! **For Part I& Part II, the a. b. c. d. choice, please choose the right number on the leftside of your paper, they're 1... 35, and blacken them in the right way with your pencil. **For Part III, choose the right word to fill the blank, use your pen now! Do on the righthand side on the paper. you must number your words as 36...45.

  12. **For Part IV, the translation, arranged as 46...50, also pen, number the answers clearly, please. **For Part V, the writing,# 51, with pen, 100 words or so, arrange it within the same page. • 2. Pay attention to the words you write, all the forms will be counted. • 3. All the answers must be legible, and in the right place. • 4. You should do it all by yourself.
