  3. Accordion Structure Andreae Filters are composed of two perforated, asymetric surfaces, glued along the pleats, creating a labyrinthe through which overspray is separated from airflow by inertial affect.

  7. HOW TO INSTALL ANDREAE FILTERS • Cut filter to length (8 pleats/foot). • Gather filter and insert into frame. • Slip last pleat behind frame clip on each end.

ANDREAE PAD FILTERS 20 x 20” - 20 X 25” • Push wire support grid into filter frame and secure straight tines behind frame. • Press filter into center of frame and expand each edge to clip. • Insert pleat behind the wire clips on each side. insert pleats behind clips fit straight wires behind frame

STANDARD TRAFFIC 80# base weight 300’ rolls Ideal for foot traffic or rolling racks. Popular in wood and metal finishing booths. HEAVY TRAFFIC 100# base weight 300’ rolls Withstands constant operator traffic and stands up to heavy equipment. All grades are of bleached white, fire retardant paper and are available in 36, 42, 60, 72, 84 inch widths.

  11. Installation Instructions • Ensure floor is dust free for best adhesion of tape. • Start in a corner. Tape down the end of the roll. • Unroll paper to desired length and cut. • Repeat process until floor is covered. • Tape down seams as desired.
