Rescued: 415 persons • Top priority of SAR/Retrieval Operations: 253 people (246 students, 7 teachers) trapped inside the unidentified school building • Affected: (a) 16 brgys of St. Bernard; (b) 3,268 families/16,342 persons • Damages: (a) 281 houses of Brgy. Guinsaugon • Casualties: (a) 72 dead; (b) 19 injured; (c) 1,350 missing

  3. Evacuated: 439 families/1,645 persons in 4 designated evacuations centers, are as follows: • Parish Convent Church • 254 persons • St. Bernard Central Elementary School • 643 persons • Christo Rey School • 566 persons • UCCP • 182 persons Source: DSWD Reg. 8
