Eat Healthy Remember this, the foods that you eat will go to you and your baby. Make sure that you eat nutritious foods and avoid getting exposed to cigarette smokes and never drink alcohol when pregnant.
Be Optimistic Love your body especially your baby bump. Don’t think too much about your problems because it can affect your baby’s condition. As much as possible, live a happy life and a happy heart.
Dress Appropriately Wear outfits that are suitable for pregnant women, particularly the shoes you wear during maternity period. Wearing high heels is not advisable especially when your weight is starting to build up. Flat shoes are okay.
