PROJET POSINAM Bilan (1) Points positifs • Appel à projet adapté à une petite structure • Montage du projet : • aide d’un cabinet extérieur déterminante pour la rédaction (aide d’OSEO a permis de financer cette intervention) • Fonctionnement : • sentiment de l’impact positif de ce programme dès le départ • structuration interne, • structuration des relations externes (renforcement des liens avec l’Université) • impact positif sur l’image de l’entreprise

PROJET POSINAM Bilan (2) Points négatifs • Création de la REA : • 3ème « project officer », retard dans la mise en place du projet (mais très bonnes relations avec chacune des personnes) • Mise en œuvre du projet : • recherche de solutions pour la gestion des détachements de courte durée par l’université ; • charges à appliquer sur les rémunérations (type stipends), compléments de salaire des chercheurs du secteur public.
