Intro • When I first started this project, I was planning on just taking photos of dishes around Ann Arbor—but then I decided that it would be fun to attempt to recreate the dishes and see where that would take me. My photobook encourages people to keep the dying tradition of making food alive, and to show that just about anyone can make these dishes at home and save lots of money 

  13. Afterword: I thought this was a really fun photobook project! Thank you T for giving us the opportunity and encouragement to step outside our comfort zone and really go all out on our projects and on life in general. 
