  1. Presentation Instructions for Poster Presenters Oral Presentation (2-minute Presentation) Please stay in a line at the session room before the beginning of your session. At your presentation, please use the microphone. The schedule is very tight. You can use just two minutes. Bell rings at 2 minutes. Please stop your presentation immediately. After oral presentations, please move to the poster room and start discussion. Poster Presentation Please note a location of your poster board in the Map of the poster room (flip side of this sheet). Your poster should be on the poster board by your session at the latest. You can start to put your poster on the board from 8:00 AM on October 24. Please remove your poster by 6:00 PM on October 25 after Invited Talk IV.
