ACCESSING THE HACEP WEBSITE www.hacep.org 1. Click on Portal Access drop box, then click on Landlord Portal.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT TO LOG IN New Landlords click Register to create an account. Current Landlords will use same user name (email address) and password from previous landlord database to log in.
New Landlord registration Enter the last four numbers of your social security number/or tax i.d number. Enter your Landlord Vendor number. Click on Authentication button Enter your email address, First name, Last name. Create and confirm your password; choose and answer a security question. Click register.

Units Click units tab to view a list of your leased units
Under the unit tab a Landlord has the ability to view the latest details of each unit by clicking on the sub category such as payment history, Inspection, HAP contact, Increase/ decrease letter, and the rent adjustment form.
PAYMENT HISTORY In this tab you will be able to view monthly payment history. By clicking on the magnifying glass, you will be to view the HAP paid for each tenant.
1099 View and print your 1099
Inspections In this tab you will be able to view the inspection history of your units in the HCV Program.
Rent Click on the Rent tab to submit requests for rent increases, read acknowledgement, and then the green submit button.
Rent Increases on the Rent tab (cont.) 1. Check the box to select the tenant that a request for rent increase/utility adjustment will be submitted. 2.Click on the green Generate Request(s) box
Enter proposed rent amount Select “YES ” if proposing a utility change Enter the proposed effective date Click submit button.
Rents (cont.) 1.Select the tenant that you wish to submit a request for rent increase/utility adjustment by checking the box. 2.Click on the green Generate Request(s) box
Dates These are the dates HAP payments are scheduled.
