Declaration of Beliefs and Visions A A new educational structure is required that: • is built on the relationship between the teacher and the student; • is focused on performance, not compliance; • requires a common core of academic subjects for all students.
PURPOSE To strengthen the social and economic foundation of Houston by assuring its youth the highest quality elementary and secondary education available anywhere.
