  3. Document Listing and Searching • Search by keywords aka “tags” • Popular indicator whether the document has been downloaded more than “x” amount of times. This threshold can be set within the application • Type indicator displays what type of document it is

  4. Uploading Documents • Uploads documents to a centralized repository • Allows to add “smart tags” to documents for quick searching • Uploads to a specific folder based on user access control • Can handle common document types like: word , excel, powerpoint, pdf, and images.
