  3. What is a Sedimentary Rock? -Sedimentary Rocks -fossils -formed when -sediments like sand, mud -float bottom of lake, river, ocean, or sea -and over time create layers -when more rock is added to the top -makes pressure on bottom layers -causing them to become one rock

  4. What is a Metamorphic Rock? -Metamorphic Rocks -Igneous and Sedimentary combined -Formed when -Heat and pressure -melts Igneous and Sedimentary Rock -the molten rock combines -then hardens into a Metamorphic Rock
