Questions driving an IMPLEMENTATION focused evaluation could include: • Who and how many participated? • What happened? • How was your program received? • What should be modified?
Questions driving an OUTCOME focused evaluation could include: • Is the program having the desired effect? • What else is the program accomplishing?
