Now you can stuff your face with all the latest anti-ageing food fads but nothing is going to seep into the deepest foundations of your human temple if your digestion system is a little out of sync. Your digestive health is the starting block of a healthy body function and that is because it is where your nutrients are absorbed... Obviously, the first step to good nutrition is to be consuming enough of the right fluids and foods. What can be overlooked though is a very important second step proper digestion. It is not what you eat, but what you actually absorb that determines your state of nutritional health.
