4 Mangoes, Preferably Alphonso • 1 Cup cream (Low fat if you are counting calories) • Grated chocolate for garnishing • (You could also use chopped dry fruits instead of chocolate) Ingredients For Mango Mousse Recipe To Serve 8 People
The Mango Mousse Recipe • Step 1 – Wash, peel and chop mangoes. You can skip this step and use frozen mango pulp instead. • Step 2 – Add the chopped mangoes in a blender and make into a smooth pure. • Step 3 – Put cream in a bowl and whip with either an electric beater or manually. • Step 4 – Add the mango puree to the beaten cream. Mix well. • Step 5 – Pour into 8 small size dessert glasses. • Step 6 – Garnish with either grated chocolate or chopped dry fruits. Avoid mixing both the toppings as for some people they don’t go well with each other. • Step 7 – Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. By the time your guests are done with dinner, your mango mousse is ready to be served.
