Sports in 2009 On this picture there is Lionel Messi – The best football player for 2009 Lionel Messi has capped a sensational 12 months in Barcelona colors by being crowned FIFA World Player Of The Year. It was a competition between Ronaldo, Kaka, Iniesta, Xavi and Messi. Messi scored 38 goals in 51 matches in all competitions during 2008-2009 season, and has continued with 15 goals in 22 matches .
  3. Politics in 2009 On this pictures is our president Gorge Ivanov. Gjorge Ivanov is the president of the Republic of Macedonia. On 25 January 2009, the strongest party in the Macedonian parliament, conservative VMRO-DPMNE, appointed Ivanov as the party's presidential candidate for the 2009 Macedonian presidential election. On 16 April, Ivanov on a ceremony received the presidential certificate from the State Election Commission.
  4. Famous Person On this picture there is Michael Jackson, the king of pop music. Michael Jackson died in his house in Los Angeles on 25 June, 2009 of heart attack On his funeral were his family and famous people. Also only his family knew where was his tomb. His death hit the entire world.
