  1. Founder name and profile Akshit Goel I am pursuing my B.Com from Kurukshetra University, Haryana under the distance education programme and meanwhile managing our family owned business. We supply finished iron and steel goods to the retailers in Haryana and Himmachal Pradesh. I preside in Ambala, Haryana and look forward to start my own startup. I am very interested in the entrepreneurship and look for your support.

  2. Pain point • Even in today’s digital world, I find many of the MSMEs struggling to find different used industrial parts at the right time for their factories to fix them in the event of their breakdown. They usually rely on different middlemen. • Same is the case with the suppliers of these used machineries and industrial parts which could be of great help to the above MSMEs. • I have even seen small or new developers and builders struggling to procure material at the best possible rates. • I also aim to solve the issue of unsold inventory.

  3. Value proposition • A B2B online auction based platform. • Value added services like live market tracking, analysis of market trends which would help to keep the customers in touch with the platform.

  4. Solution • A B2B online auction based platform where suppliers/procurers can post their products/requirements. After a party posts for a particular demand it will be forwarded to the relevant parties and then an auction would be conducted at the pre decided timings. For e.g. X is a manufacturer of TMT bars and he has now an unsold inventory of TMT bars of special size and now wants to get rid of this stock. So, he can easily get a customer through our auction based platform. • Even an E-commerce platform for the various generic goods and services.

  5. Ability to build venture • I have an experience of B2B business in the metals and construction goods sector for 3 years. • I have completed a course in digital marketing by Google. • I am an appreciator of lean startup. • I am a hard working, willing to take up risks, and appreciate the innovative approach of doing things.

  6. Help from NSRCEL • Learning the essential knowledge skills for setting up a venture. • Looking to develop a competent team. • Opportunity to interact with start-up mentors for the reality touch and guidance on strengthening business propositions • Opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs to understand the challenges and rewards of being an entrepreneur • Get access to Incubation Centre. • The ability to identify critical success factors for managing a new business venture • Qualify for alumni membership and availing of the related benefits.

  7. Progress For now it is just an idea and seek your help to convert it into a reality. I have done various surveys and even talked to different MSMEs, developers, builders and industrialist. I have received a good response from them so far.

  8. Thank You
