This summary presents the findings of the operational analysis conducted on the LCT fixed-route system. The purpose of the analysis was to collect ridership and operating data, evaluate LCT services, and identify possible restructuring of Elyria routes for the new Downtown Elyria Transit Center. The analysis considered population density, senior citizen population, zero-vehicle households, transit propensity, and the current LCT system. Proposed route changes and recommendations are also included.
