Choosing the Right Site • Determine who the author or publisher is. • Is the author an expert in the field. • Is the company reputable? • Determine the purpose of the site. • Search for a way to communicate with the author or owner. • Look for documentation and reliable resources. • Check the web address.   4. Checking the web address You can learn a lot about a website just by looking at the domain name (the letters after the DOT).
