Forms PLUS 1.1 New Installation (Continue) • Can only be installed from • Administrative mode • into the folder c:/program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00 If use INSTALL.EXE
Forms PLUS 1.2 Upgrade from ver. 5.00+ a. Backup old Data b. Uninstall old version c. Install new version 6.06

Forms PLUS Click “Home” first Then click “Import & Export”
Forms PLUS Click “Save” All data will be saved into folder“Project DATA” under “c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/”
Forms PLUS 7.2 Copy Data Copy all files from folder c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/Project Data From one PC into the same folder in another PC
Forms PLUS 7.3 Modify Data Send all project data in the folder c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/Project Data To FormsPLUS@dot.ca.gov For modification/separation
Forms PLUS 4. Import Data Go to layout “Import & Export”
Forms PLUS Click “Import” or Install(delete original data) All data will be imported from folder“Project DATA” under “c:/Program Files/Caltrans/FormsPLUS 5.00/”
