Data files to be imported to WebSAMS • 4 data files to be downloaded from JUPAS portal • JUPAS Activity Lists Code File • JUPAS Category Code File • DSE Subject Code File • OEA Activity File (with student particulars only) These 4 data files have to be imported to WebSAMS before the new function can be used

  7. OEA Activity Student selects SLP records (Other Learning Experiences, Awards issued by school, Participation outside school) for maintaining OEA activity

  8. SLP record for reference OEA Activity Student maintains OEA Activity (select activity from activity list, input activity if not found, add other information) (marks will be added for verified entries)

  9. Verifying OEA activity Teacher can verify and amend students’ OEA activity entry

  10. OEA Additional Information Student maintains OEA Additional Information

  11. Verifying OEA additional information Teacher can verify and amend students’ OEA Additional Information

  12. Subject List • Mapping between WebSAMS & HKDSE subject • Add subjects (no assessment data in WebSAMS)

  13. Academic Performance in School • Mapping between WebSAMS & HKDSE subject • Selecting the assessment result from ASR module for generating the percentile information

  14. Academic Performance in School • Percentile information is generated by the system • Teacher maintains Percentile and Overall Rating information for student

  15. Default Relation between Percentile & Overall Rating information Teachers can set default relation for percentile and overall rating information

  16. Academic Performance in School(Add subjects manually) Teacher can manually add percentile and overall rating for subjects without assessment data in ASR module

  17. Personal and General Abilities Teacher maintains Personal and General Abilities for student

  19. OLE Import Feature By Batch Import

  20. Students could also optionally upload their SLPs on JUPAS interface. WebSAMS could support generating students’ SLPs in pdf format.
