Eat That Frog Summary • Set The Table: Decide exactly what you want. • Plan every day in advance: Think on paper. • Apply the 80/20 Rule to everything: 20% of your activities will account for 80% of your results. • Before you begin work on a list of tasks, organize them by value and priority. –Safety Quality Productivity • Focus on key result areas: What do you need to do every day to do your job well? Do those items.
