24. Next Steps for Volunteers If you haven’t yet, complete the Leadership Competency Assessment (LCA) or the ELCA (for VP and above) on the WFF website.
Identify one of the 11 WFF competencies you want to build on as a volunteer this year.
First committee call will be scheduled in the next 3 weeks.
Become actively engaged as a volunteer by participating fully in your committee calls.
