  3. Leadership is by nature visible. Leadership is specifically targeted by Satan. Leadership bears the weight of the institution/credo/culture it represents. Leadership is by nature competitive.

  4. Leadership carries the pain of parenting. Leadership errors are amplified as much as its successes. Leadership successes are accompanied by elevated expectation and failures by elevated critique.
