  10. Facts on our Planet • As successor to IDNDR, the UN General Assembly established the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (ISDR) in 2000. The World Conference on Disaster Reduction (168 states, 67 UN agencies and 161 NGO’s ) was held from 18 to 22 January 2005 in Kobe, Hyogo, Japan, and adopted the present Framework for Action 2005-2015: Building the Resilience of Nations and Communities to Disasters المؤتمر الأول لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث

For Safer Future من أجل مستقبل أكثر أمناً البناء بمواد مطابقة للمواصفات، متماشيا مع الظروف المحلية ، مطبقاً لأكواد البناء وبعيدا عن اماكن الخطر يمكن أن تتخيل أمة تعيش مع الطبيعية ومالها من مخاطر بخطط إستراتيجية للحد من الكوارث في الوقت والمكان المناسب People must be at the centre of any successful disaster warning and preparedness measures -Be aware - and Prepare -Communication & Education -Strength our Resilience Housing would be built out of appropriate materials, adopted to local conditions & according to building codes on sites least expose to RISK.
