RETENTION COMMITTTEE MAKES PERSONAL CONTACT • Financial Secretary provides • Member information (address, phone, etc….) • Proposer Name • Retention Committee fills in: • His Name & Phone No. • Document all action that has been taken to contact member • Initiated by February 15th COUNCIL FILLS OUT RETENTION WORKSHEET State Form MI-12

RETENTION COMMITTTEE MAKES PERSONAL CONTACT • Committee members should attempt (3) calls over a (3) week period. • Dates call were made • Results of calls • No Answer, Left a message, Wrong number • Obtain current Contact Information From SRD All contact attempts are to be recorded on the Retention Worksheet State Form MI-12

(membership@kofc.org) THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CONTACT THE MEMBER. IT IS JUST THE NEXT STEP IN THE PROCESS No later than April 1st

RETENTION COMMITTTEE MAKES PERSONAL CONTACT • Retention Chairman to review completed Retention Worksheet with the Grand Knight • Grand Knight and Retention Chairman to review Retention Worksheet with District Deputy • Next Steps • Home Visit • Insurance Agent help • Hardship • Suspension State Form MI-12 No Later than April 1st

  9. SRD & DD REVIEWS CONSERVATION LIST WITH GRAND KNIGHT • Review Age and Years of Service • Patterns • Honorary/Hon. Life • No Phone Number or Current Contact Info. • Contact SRD • Insurance Member • Contact agent Contact SRD to obtain current contact information

  10. ISSUES TO DISCUSS • 90% of the Work done by 10% • Believe in K of C & willing to support • Deserve our Support • If I can’t be active I don’t want to be a member. • Support the Cause

  11. SUSPEND DELINQUENT MEMBERS • After every effort has been made to retain these members • 60-90 Days after Intent to Suspend Forms were received by Supreme. • Send Form 100 to Supreme Council – Membership Records Dept.
