When you know who you want, how will you bring them in? • Who will make the contact and how? • How will you get them to visit your club? • What information do you have to give them? • What is your process for membership approval? • Do you have an induction ceremony and orientation?
How will you keep members in? • How can you keep your members involved in your club fellowship and projects? • How do you address resigning members? members with low attendance or involvement? • What is the quality and relevance of your programs and projects?
