  2. HydroGARD™ Coating What it HydroGARD™ Coating? HydroGARD™ – The IW Series of Intelligent IR Windows are specially coated with an advanced formula designed to protect the crystal from environmental moisture. The protective coating allows the windows to be used both indoor and outdoor without the need for differing models or part numbers.

  3. Why is HydroGARD™ used? HydroGARD™ coating is used to protect the crystals from any form of moisture damage including rain and Humidity. The HydroGARD™ formula acts as a waterproofing for the crystal and reduces the fall in the transmission of the windows, keeping them as high quality as the day you bought them. Warranty - CorDEX Instruments are so confident about the IW3000 and IW4000 that we offer a lifetime warranty on the windows against any manufacturing defects.
