Like a lot of different knee injuries The meniscus tear is also a type of knee injury that is painful and debilitating, meniscus injuries or meniscus tear are quite common and is one of the most frequently accuring injuries of the knee joint that involve cartilage. Basically what is meniscus it is a part of cartilage in the knee that help to stabilize and cushions the knee. It protect the joint and the bones from any type of shock wear and tear but is a common injury that can be occurred due to any sudden twist of the knee.
