2. 2005 – first year European project oriented • 2005 business focused to provide services for social, professional and cultural projects on local national and international levels, with special interest for European projects. Projects for new product, service, and business development, projects for R&D. • Our over 20 year preoccupation and experience in fields and activities that matter in a decisive manner in the success of our projects, recommends us as trustworthy partners for accomplishing these projects.

3. 2001-2004 • Founded in early 2001 > commerce and services in IT and electronic marketing. The fall of 2001 > IBM Business Partner • The spring of 2002 > the services offer for IT marketing for SMB consulting. During that same period we became ARIES members. • October 2002 - start the project pilot “PEA Piata Unirii” - Large Electronic Display • The summer of 2003 > members of CCIRMB, CNIPMMR and UNPR. • The winter of 2003 > first commercial agreements – PEA PIATA Unirii and first step for a new PEA project – “Bucharest Network of 5 PEA“ connected via Internet. • May 2004 – start our collaboration with EON Reality, Inc. – 3D technology provider. Our biggest accomplishment in 2004 was the enlargement of our offer portfolio with the Interactive 3D Technologies.

Mobile Integrated Network Solution for Conference Hall (MINSCH) - small, medium and large • The idea • to significantly improve communication facilities and dynamic participation of all participants at conference, congress, seminars, work session, training, and others events. • What does it do? • uses an integrated mobile wireless network kit (imwnk) for conference hall including individual units (special PDA with wireless capabilities), multimedia and communication wireless server, indoor and outdoor large electronic screens - LED based, wireless communication equipment, audio/video equipment

Global modernization program for international communications (SMGCMti) • Advantages, benefits and implemented functions : • Global extension of international communications infrastructure to support important increase of data traffic with low investment ( but not in communication infrastructure ). • Global extension of international storage capacities with low investment ( but not in storage capacities ) • Major increase of data traffic speed at level of international communications infrastructure • International codification of communications and use of this codification system for universal translations between world languages • Systematization and standardization for create the model of known Universe – a great benefit for social, cultural and professional life throughout the world.

Global modernization program for international communications (SMGCMti) • The system uses the following components: • a method for codification of communications which have the objective to build The International Entities of Cognoscible Universe (IECU) and a set of rules which establish how the codes of IECU must be combined in order to obtain the unique code of any certain entity – including information about the state of this entity • a set of standards which establish the project specification for development of electronic devices used for encoding the communication and for operating with the codified information • electronic devices used for encoding the communication and for operating with the codified information

Balcescu Ave. dHLdT= 10 july 1964 Then GGAnFS.1.dHLdT = Niculescu Ionel Gabriel – 1 is the number of the child born at the GGADdjTr location ( address of the parents) at the date, dHLdT. In an expanded perspective, the code can contain additional information regarding , for example, parents ID codes, hospital (actual place of birth) code, local administration ( place of child’s official registration ) code or codes containing medical records information. If needed even more codes can be added in time, regarding address changes, studies, professional information, criminal records and others. Another example : GGADdjTr.345.dfLzt-dfTTe.GGADdjbn can represent the unique code of entity 345 appeared at the GGADdjTr location, existed between dfLzt and dfTTe ( time SCD ) and dissappeared at the GGADdjbn location. Using other encoded information, the circumstances of the subject’s dynamic can be specified.
