Monday EC Meeting- Berlin • Two 802.3 Tutorials plus the 15.7R-OWC in slot 3 • Reviewed action items from prior workshops and telecons-Next telecon in June 2. • FYI- Patent Policy is being updated • Key Task Force items- indemnification, get802 and others-Meeting is Thursday AM2 and is open • James posted a summary of changes for WG P&P and encouraged Chairs to inform their WGs • IEEE SA sent plans for finalizing the Get802 agreement for this year- Proposal will be discussed in Executive session since the SA has marked it confidential. Monday EC Meeting- Berlin • All 802 Interim in ATL resulted in a needed substantial surplus to offset NNA/NUSA meetings, noticeably Berlin • Still need to review 802 Treasury reserve levels and adjust if needed • Full Treasurer’s report will be posted on EC Mentor • Jon Rosdahl reported on future venue contract status. Venue Meeting Thursday at 7am-9am. • EC Workshop scheduled for January 2016 • James reviewed the proposal to form an IoT TG in 802.24 and reminded the EC that a 24 Chair election will be held this week to replace James as Chiar Robert F.   4. Monday EC Meeting- Berlin • Juan Carlos Zuniga reported on the Privacy ECSG. Group will be running a trial here this week (privacy ssid). Group is proposing this be an 802.1 PAR. • Andrew Myles reported on JTC1 activities (11-15-0315r0). 802 has a number of standards (~10) in the pipeline. See report for full details. Next JTC1 meeting not scheduled yet. • Glen Parsons reviewed the 802 ITU Standing Committee work. See EC 15-0014 r0 and EC 15-0017 for more detail. Meeting on Weds, 7am • Bob Heile gave an update on the Wireless Chairs Committee meeting Sunday, March 8 @4pm- key items were future sessions, PCO selection process and methodology for documenting WCC P&P. See 19-15-0019r0 for full report. Meeting on Weds AM1 in 802.19 • Paul reviewed EC meetings for the week. Those are posted on the board. Most meetings in 30241 but check first. Robert F.
