Quarter 4 Planning Cycle - 2004 Quarter 1 Quarter 2 Quarter 3 • RD/CDs finish drafting PoAs/revised PoAs • RDs/CDs revise and/or develop programme/project plans (using PPP) • HoRDs & HoDs bring PoA and PPPs to Geneva planning conference (June) • Global Programme plans tabled to ensure overall coherence • 2005-08 Secretariat revised strategic objectives/expected results established from feedback from field plans and M&E. • ‘Continental’ 2005-08 four-year plans finalized • New Planning Guidelines issued • PNS funding plan data released • Field training • Funding evaluation/ review made by Reg Depts and RMDR • RDs/CDs complete planning (PoA/PPP) • Geneva Secretariat begins departmental planning based on field plans • Geneva Secretariat planning ends. • Annual Appeal produced and launched
