MSD Current SBE RFQ/RFP Language • It is the policy of MSDGC to encourage Small Business Enterprises to seek business opportunities with MSDGC, either directly or as sub consultants or sub contractors.  Small Business Enterprise firms are encouraged to submit and should identify themselves as such.  Unless registered, firms will not be considered a small business enterprise. • MSD registers SBEs that are certified.
