Reducing ASB Designated parking areas have been created where previously the open area was a ‘hot spot’
Local community involvement The local school children have designed colourful paving that will be used to enhance the communal areas
Trainee’s post GM Procure Professional skills development x • 90 people engaged with skills development process, undertaking 82 activities. • 95% receiving ongoing support
x • Skills Development for existing professional construction employees • Skills Development is NOT about ‘pestering’ an employer to put • someone on a course to tick the box • Skills development means protecting the employer’s investment in • existing staff • This is achieved: • Through promoting the Professional Review, Professional Membership, and Continuing Professional Development, the exemplar for existing professional staff • By offering bespoke research service to identify training to address specific needs of the role
