  2. Republic of Belarus 2 Industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus is the basis of the national economy. It forms more than 30 % of GNP and more than 90 % of export. Industrial complex also is the major source of foreign currency. Today 25 % of economically active population work at industrial enterprises. Industry is the most dynamically developing branches of Belarusian economy.

  3. THE LARGEST MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS 1. Automobile construction: Automobile industry complex includes more than 35 enterprises, the biggest are “BELAZ” and “BelavtoMAZ” holdings. «MINSK AUTOMOBILE PLANT» 2. Tractor and agricultural machinery industry: Belarusianenterprises produce more than 500 kinds of agricultural machines and equipment, and also for recycling branches. Agricultural machinery industry complex includes “MTW”, “Gomselmash”, “Lidselmash” and “Bobruiskagromash” holdings. 3. Road-building and municipal engineering: One of the largest manufacturers of road-building machinery in CIS countries and Europe is "Amkodor“ holding 3

  4. «MINSK AUTOMOBILE PLANT» AUTOMOBILE CONSTRUCTION “MAZ” holding releases more than 500 modification of automotive vehicles, tractors, lorries with sides, dumping trucks, timber lorries, SUVs, chassis, trailers and semi-trailers as well. “MAZ” has assembly factories in many countries of the world, supplies more than 35 countries of the world. The lineup of the plant there are trucks with the capacity from 9 to 350 h.p. During the years, the plant retains a 10 % stake of the world market of wheeled tractors, being in the top 10 the world's largest manufacturers.
