Our goal is to answer the questions: • 1.Do we need a healthy living? • 2.And for what do we need a healthy living?
What is good for people: • 1.Sunbathing. • 2.Doing morning exercises. • 3.Running every day. • 4.Good diet. • 5. No smoking and drinking alcohol.
What is bad for people • 1.Smoking. • 2.Eating a lot of fat food. • 3.Drinking alcohol. • 4.Taking drugs • 5.Watching TV a lot.
Healthy diet • Breakfast:25% • Lunch:15% • Supper:35% • Dinner:25%
We interviewed 7 students of their life,and have such results • 1. Al the students don`t smoke. • 2. 6 students keep fit every day. However, only 1 student sometimes keeps fit. • 3. All the students eat sweet things twice a day. • 4. 6 students watch TV 2-3 hours. However, only 1 student watches TV 1 hour a day. • 5. All the students play computer games every day. However, only 1 student likes logical games, but, only 6 students like recreational games. • 7. 5 students clean their teeth twice a day. However, only 2 students clean their teeth only one a day.8. All students like dancing 2 hours a day and like dancing a speed music.
Biathlon • Biathlon is a term used to describe any sporting event made up of two disciplines. However, biathlon usually refers specifically to the winter sport that combines cross-country skiing and rifle shooting.
About biathlon • ApPlayer needs for biathlon:calming, good reaction, trained legs and most importantly - presence of mind. • Biathlon trains almost all muscles of your body.
Our thoughts about healthy living: • I think healthy living-is a private business of everybody. If a person wants to be healthy - he or she will lead a healthy living. And naturally, when a person doesn’t want to be healthy - this person must keep fit. • P.S. Igor Makarov
