Evolution of Workplace Project -Employment of full time coordinators -Integration of HIV activities in social welfare(wellness programme) -High interest and rising financial commitment of management -Restructuring of org. setup -Inclusion of community - Corporate social responsibility -Inclusion of other diseases -Improved staff/family participation (increase in CT acceptance rate) -Higher management participation -Too many peer educators trained -Family & Community not included -Rel. low participation from some of the management -Rel. low participation from staff (low uptake of HIV testing)

  8. Preventive Health Package Remark: Screening for Colon Carcinoma on pilot base is planned (coloscopy for haemocult positive cases)
