  4. Importance Baptism washes away Original sin (our inherited separation from God) + all past sins . Free from original sin, you can now receive Christin the sacraments. Without baptism, you cannot receive any other sacraments. • = The door of the Church • = enter a new life, life in in Christ & his church • = wash away the sins and mistakes of the old one • A sign of God’s love • and forgiveness.

Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned”. WHY? - you need to be baptised, to enter heaven because you cannot enter heaven with any sin, and baptism washes sin away.
